Jeff was very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. He designed the structure, assisted us with the Certificate of Appropriateness Application with the city's Housing and Neighborhood Development Department, and took care of all the permits. His workmanship was meticulous and his fees very reasonable. The end product was a beautiful screened-in porch that perfectly matched the exterior of our house. We have already asked Jeff to assist us with another project that needs to be done in our house, rebuilding a staircase, and are looking forward to working with him again.”
